Time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies depending on the item purchased.

Wood products such as Magnets, Affirmation Plaques and Laser Cut Jewelry are typically ready to ship in 3-5 business days.

Custom Products

Custom wood products such as Magnets, Mugs and Wall Art depend upon the design period. We will communicate via email to discuss your custom product. Final product typically ship in business 3-5 days.

Print Books

Amazon Bookshelf items are fulfilled by Amazon. Shipping details are available on the Amazon Listing for the book you wish to buy.

When purchasing direct from me you can pick up your book locally right away. If purchased for shipping I will ship within 2-3 business days. Except in cases where books are on backorder.

Digital Downloads

Downloads are available upon payment completion. Log in with your registered account to access your files.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, no refunds can be given

I use United States Postal Service for delivery. Unless otherwise arranged with you.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
